Our favourite winery to visit. Bedelia gave us the nicest, most genuine welcome. She was so lovely. Talked us through all their wines and about the vineyard. Can't wait to come back and try their food too!

Beautiful wine and snack food, lovely service and amazing views. We had a great time with the family relaxing and enjoying the outdoor area. Atmosphere is relaxing and clean, they got Yummy cakes and coffee too. Couldn't ask for more :)

I took my wife here for our anniversary, so I was hoping for something that would impress her. Of course it impressed her, the food is fantastic, the wines that went along with the platters were great and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

It's a really nice place to go and just chill and enjoy the views of the surroundings. The atmosphere is typical of Yarra Valley... Amazing, green pastures, lots of nature and the restaurant itself complimented this. We'll definitely head back again, mayne for our next anniversary :D

Mandala wines was fantastic and I would definitely recommend it. I booked a table for a bigger group for lunch, and the staff were very accomodating to any requests and made us all feel welcome. The food was delicious and there was lots of it. Plus the glass windows and the view was beautiful.

Medhurst Wines is the realisation of the long held and shared vision of Ross and Robyn Wilson to own a property in the Yarra Valley and produce high quality wines. Ross was CEO of Southcorp and drove the company’s acquisition of Penfolds, Lindemans and Wynns in 1990. He has remained passionate about wine ever since. Ross and Robyn Wilson spent years looking for the perfect site and for many reasons they jointly decided on the Yarra Valley. Robyn Wilson spent her childhood here, and the Australian and international status of this excellent cool climate wine region and its incredible beauty, helped make their decision. The Medhurst Vineyard was also particularly chosen for its favourable micro-climate, north facing slopes, good drainage and magnificent aspect. It was planted in 2000 with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. With the sole objective of making the best wine possible, careful vineyard management ensures yields are low, averaging two tonnes per acre and providing intensely flavoured fruit.
