Our ambition at Marabino winery is "to capture the flavour, scent and the authenticity of Sicily’s produce". We are based in the south east of Sicily in Val di Noto in the Buonivini and Barone districts of the DOC Eloro and Noto. The winery focuses mainly on the native vines of the region: Moscato di Noto and Nero d’Avola, together with a careful selection of Chardonnay clones. Our companyuse a biological-dynamic way of growing.
