Honouring nature, the sun and the land, Temet winery was erected on top of a hill, surrounded by vineyards. Its creation is an exciting road filled with discoveries and challenges. The word Temet derives from the Latin word Temetum , which means - a strong and powerful wine with character.

The planting of the vineyards began in spring 2010. Currently, eleven hectares are bearing fruit , with expansion plans to 20ha. The topography of "Temet hill " offers three types of insolation, and the four types of quality soils that have enabled the cultivation of six varieties of grapes: Pinot Grigio , Chardonnay, Pinot Noir , Syrah , Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.
