Vinícola de Castilla has its own vineyards, divided mainly in two types: bush vines and espalier. The 5 hectares dedicated to bush vines are occupied by the Airen variety. The rest is dedicated to the following different varieties: White Grapes: Macabeo, Moscatel, Chardonnay and Verdejo. Red Grapes: Tempranillo, Merlot, Syrah, and Petit Verdot The vineyards are treated with the maximum care. Thereon we get our best grapes at its optimum level of ripening, getting york musts of the highest quality which will ensure the excellent wines that we are characterised for. The vineyards of our suppliers are supervised and controlled by our Technical Department, deciding when the grape must be picked and delivered in our facilities.
