Here is what's in store for you
Embark on an irresistible journey through the flavors and scents of Sardinia, where tradition, nature, and craftsmanship come together in perfect harmony! Set in a stunning location overlooking the Gulf of Marinella, you will stroll among natural myrtle cultivations, lovingly tended for generations.
Your journey begins with a guided visit to the production workshop, where you’ll uncover the fascinating process of transforming myrtle berries into uniquely aromatic liqueurs. Learn about the traditional steam distillation method and the harvesting cycle, starting from the plants themselves.
Expert guides will lead you through this sensory adventure, which culminates in a tasting of 4 types of myrtle, each paired with a selection of local delicacies:
- Berry myrtle: 2 cl served in a goblet, paired with traditional pecorino cheese.
- Berry and leaf myrtle: 2 cl served in a goblet, paired with artisanal Sardinian cold cuts.
- White myrtle: 2 cl served in a goblet, paired with dark chocolate.
- Myrtle and honey: 2 cl served in a goblet, served on artisanal ice cream (stracciatella or vanilla).
Following the tasting, enjoy an olfactory journey featuring three 100% pure and natural essential oils, extracted through steam distillation from myrtle, wild lavender, lentisk, and rosemary.
Children and young people will be served juice, and a snack with cheese, sausage, carasau bread, and ice cream.
