With this experience, you will have the opportunity to taste three local wines:
- Sicilia DOC “Fania”, blend Fiano and Insolia
- Terre Siciliane “Pretiosa” Albanello
- Siracusa DOC “Drus” Nero d’Avola
The Cantine Gulino wines will be accompanied by a rich selection of local delicacies, including Sicilian “pane cunzato” (a local sandwich), typical cheeses and cold cuts, Sicilian “caponata” (seasoned vegetables), and typical “Vota vota alla modicana” (a sort of local pizza)
To end on a sweet note, you'll enjoy a glass of sweet Siracusa Moscato DOC “Don Nuzzo” paired with almond biscuits and “cantucci”.
