Arnaud Lupia, the passionate owner of the estate, will guide you through the olive groves, explaining the life cycle of olive from flowering to harvesting and its transformation into oil or table olives. He will cover topics such as plantation, pruning, harvesting, and grafting. With his deep knowledge of the area, Arnaud can also delve into the region's history, which his family has been part of for over five centuries. He welcomes all questions and is eager to share his extensive knowledge of olive cultivation.

Following the tour, Françoise, Arnaud's wife, will lead a tasting of various olive products. You'll sample extra virgin olive oil, tapenades, spreads, and a selection of olives including green Lucques, Picholine, and black Amellau, as well as unique jams like watermelon or quince. Françoise, an expert in olive product tasting, will guide you on properly tasting olive oil and olives, providing an informative and delicious experience.

The evening culminates with a meal under the vine arbor, featuring local products such as olives, tapenades, spreads, cold meats, cheeses, and pastries, all complemented by a glass of wine from a local producer.
