We will walk through the typical Venetian alleys with a local sommelier guide, avoiding the more touristic itineraries to go into the heart of the city where there is still local life. Crossing bridges and “campi” we will reach 3 of the most historic “Bacari”, old taverns, ancient theaters of international meetings of artists and writers. We will talk about the wine produced in the lagoon at the time of the Serenissima and the famous Prosecco, we will taste the noted Venetian Spritz and combine traditional cuisine such as creamed codfish, squid in black ink, sardines in saor, ... all seasoned with stories and legends related to this outstanding city.
