Here is what's in store for you

Here at Tenuta Casadei, the company conceives the cultivation environment as a harmonious space where to work, produce and live. This is why they have joined the so-called "BioIntegral manifesto". What does it mean? The company has recovered agronomic practices linked to the historic past to limit interventions on the plant in order to preserve it over time and allow it to take deep root in the soil. The use of Comtois instead of rubber or even tracked vehicles should be read in these terms because in this way we can avoid excessive soil compaction, particularly true in soils like ours with high mineral content.

With this tour, you will listen to the story of Biointegrale® philosophy by walking through the vegetable garden and the garden of ancient fruits, then reach the panoramic terrace overlooking the vineyards. You will go down to the cellar to continue the visit discovering the fermentation and aging processes. Then you'll visit the evocative amphoraia and the suggestive barrique cellar before ending the tour with the tasting of 3 Casadei organic wines accompanied by a selection of local products.

Non avendo mai fatto un'esperienza di questo tipo, non sapevamo davvero cosa aspettarci. Siamo rimaste piacevolmente sorprese sia dal posto (incantevole) che dalla professionalità dello staff, che ci ha accompagnato passo passo. Nonostante il tempo incerto, è stato tutto perfetto! Menzione a parte per cibo e vino, ovviamente ottimi!

All of us 6 enjoyed this experience a log and can recommend this winery to everyone. It's fully ecological and this is fascinating to hear how this is realised. The team was very kind, helpful and highly knowledgable. The fact that we had 2 "bimbi" didnt disturb the whole presentation and the carriage tour was great.... the location is simply beautiful
