This exclusive tour will include a guided tour of the winery, introduced by historical notes on the medieval structure of San Fabiano, to then continue with an explanation of the winemaking process, from field to bottle, including a visit to the impressive barrique cellar.
The tour will be followed by a tasting of 3 organic IGT wines (2 red and 1 white), accompanied by an organoleptic explanation.
