Here is what's in store for you

This guided tour at the Pupillo Winery begins with a stroll through the historic garden of Solacium della Targia, continuing in the village's ancient millstone and concluding among the rows of the Damarete vineyard, where the Pupillo Muscat wines are born.

At the end of the visit, you will return to the ground-floor rooms of Solacium for a tasting of three significant labels, namely Cyane (Moscato Bianco Siracusa DOC, dry white wine), Re Federico (Nero d'Avola Siracusa DOC, red) and Pollio (Moscato Bianco Siracusa DOC, demi-sec).

The classic tasting is accompanied by breadsticks. The Pupillo Winery also offers you the possibility to combine this tasting with two different food pairings:
- A selection of cheese and cold cuts from the territory;
- A Farmers Light Lunch with traditional country delicacies consisting of four courses, an entrée, a first course, a main course, and a dessert (vegan, gluten, and lactose-free alternatives can be arranged by the winery upon request when booking)
