Learn how to make pizzoccheri, one of Valtellina's most loved dishes!
This experience at Tenuta La Gatta starts with a guided tour of their terraced vineyard. Then you'll visit their aging cellar from the 1500s.
The tour will be followed by an interactive workshop where you'll learn how to make pizzoccheri valtellinesi.
The lunch will be followed by typical Valtellina lunch with wine pairing. The menu will consist of mixed cold cuts, "la Gatta" pizzoccheri, a selection of local cheese, and a typical dessert.
At the end of the experience, you will receive a special kit containing the pizzoccheri you made during the workshop, a selection of local cheese to cook them with, and a 500 cl bottle of Casa La Gatta red wine.
