This exclusive experience at San Fabiano Calcinaia includes a guided tour of the estate, introduced by historical notes on the medieval structure of San Fabiano, and then continues with an explanation of the organic winemaking process, from the field to the bottle, including a visit to the evocative barrique cellar.
This will be followed by a tasting of 5 organic wines (4 reds and 1 white), including the typical Chianti Classico, Gran Selezione, and Supertuscan Cerviolo, with an explanation of the organoleptic properties and link to the territory.
