Your experience at La Villana Winery begins in the vineyard, where we walk through regeneratively farmed vines and talk about soil health, biodiversity, and the choices behind our farming. You will explore how regenerative agriculture shapes the vines over time and how those decisions carry through to the wines.
The visit continues with a guided tasting of La Villana wines, focused on freshness, balance, and expression of the season. Each wine is introduced through the lens of farming and vintage conditions rather than technical tasting notes. This is a relaxed, informative experience for guests who want to understand where their wine comes from and how thoughtful farming shapes what’s in the glass.
The tasting will take place directly in the vineyard and can include a small selection of the estate's sheep cheeses.
