Here is what you will live
Arrival Catania apt after lunch. City visit of Catania and transfer to an Etna south winery for guided visit and dinner with wine tasting. Transfer to the hotel in Catania city center, check-in and overnight.
Wines of the day: Etna white, Etna red, Nerello Mascalese, Sparkling wine
After breakfast, 4x4 Etna excursion and arrival in an Etna north winery for a guided visit and light lunch with paired wine tasting. After lunch transfer to Taormina for a visit in the nice village with the ancient theatre. Transfer to another Etna winery and dinner with wine tasting. Return to the hotel and overnight.

After breakfast transfer to visit Modica the baroque city named the city of 100 churches. Visit to a small lab with production of the particular Modica’s chocolate, cold demonstration and tasting. Transfer to Pachino area to visit a winery organic & biodinamic and light lunch with wine tasting.
In the afternoon transfer to Vittoria in the DOGC of Cerasuolo di Vittoria to visit a winery with tasting and return to the hotel in Ragusa, for dinner and overnight.
Wines of the day: Nero d’Avola, Nero d’Avola rosè, Moscato di Noto, Cerasuolo di Vittoria, Frappato
After breakfast, departure for the longest transfer to reach the western Sicily. The first stop is in Butera to visit a nice winery where we’ll enjoy a wine tasting and a light lunch. After lunch, transfer to Agrigento to visit the Valley of Temples. After the visit, transfer to Favara to visit the almond museum, check-in at the hotel, dinner and overnight.
Wines of the day: Nero d’Avola, Inzolia, Grillo, Chardonnay
Breakfast in hotel and transfer to Menfi to visit a small organic winery and following light lunch with wine tasting. In the afternoon transfer to Marsala area and stop to a small winery producer of Marsala wine, After tasting, reach the hotel, check-in, dinner and overnight.
Wines of the day: Perricone, Zibibbo, Alicante, Grillo, Marsala
Breakfast in hotel and transfer to Erice and visit the nice little village on the mountaintop overlooking Trapani. After a passage to the Trapani Trapani city center, transfer to a winery for a lunch and wine tasting. In the afternoon visit the Marsala salt pans and Mozia island, an ancient phoenician colony. Return to the hotel for a shower. Transfer to Florio historical winery, guided visit and farewell dinner inside the winery. Return to the hotel and overnight.
Wines of the day: Perricone, Sirah, Zibibbo, Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc, Marsala, Grillo
After breakfast, check-out and transfer to Palermo airport. During the transfer, according with the flight departure, stop to a winery in Segesta area for the last visit with wine tasting
