Torre Bisenzio welcomes you to their boutique winery with exceptional views over Umbria on an estate that was first established in the 13th Century.

Upon your arrival, you will be given a tour of the winery, built with sustainability at the heart. In the winery, you will have the opportunity to admire the different techniques with which the wines of Torre Bisenzio are made, from the very traditional amphora tanks to the exquisite barrel room where the wines are aged. You can also visit the vineyards, where indigenous grape varieties are grown. Here you will get to understand why the grapes are biodynamic certified. You will also get to see how the winery uses Precision Viticulture technology to manage the vineyard and produce the highest quality grapes possible.

The experience will end with the tasting of 3 wines:
- Bianco di Bisenzio
- Il Pugnalone
- Choice between Ambris (white) and Sangiovese

The wines will be paired with local products, such as cheeses and cold cuts, and the estate's high-quality olive oil.
