This December, Feudi di San Gregorio invites wine enthusiasts to embark on a unique journey into the world of DUBL sparkling wines. Explore the innovative use of the Classic Method in Irpinia, an unconventional yet remarkable terroir, known for its ability to produce exceptional quality wines.
The experience begins with a tour of the Feudi di San Gregorio cellar, offering insight into the meticulous process behind the creation of DUBL wines. Following the tour, enjoy a guided tasting of four DUBL Classic Method sparkling wines. The tasting is paired with artisanal bread, breadsticks, estate-produced olive oil "Mister O'," and a selection of patés made from fresh, local ingredients. In addition, a tasting of typical Irpinia products can be added at €10 per person.
This exclusive experience highlights the innovative spirit of Feudi di San Gregorio and the untapped potential of the Irpinia region, offering an unforgettable introduction to DUBL wines.

The red Serpico was wonderful and the Greco white. The San Greg Rose is also lovely as an aperitif.
