Here is what's in store for you

Just 7 km (4 miles) from the historic center of Florence, situated in the municipality of Fiesole, you'll find Fattoria di PoggioPiano. An Organic Agricultural Family business.

The tour starts with a short walk to the vineyard and the olive grove to discover details and curiosities about organic agriculture and Tuscan varieties. During the tour to the wine making area and cellar you'll talk to Martina, the wine maker and daughter of the owner Mauro Galardi, who'll reveal you the process and secrets about wine making and ageing.

During the tasting you'll be able to experience the result of the work in the fields and in the cellar that you visited.

With a compared tasting of 2 olive oils (one is the one of the Poggiopiano Estate) you'll find out qualities, difects and differences and you'll learn to taste olive oil like a pro!

Than you'll taste 3 wines of our production, respecting the professional steps of wine tasting. In particular, we'll focus on Sangiovese, the most important Tuscan variety.

Every wine will be matched with locally produced charcuterie to let you discover the perfect pairings of our tuscan food and wine heritage!

Grazie! MCristina, Mario Alessandro Edoardo
ottima esperienza anche per neofiti !!
