Discover another side of one of the greatest wine regions in the world with this classic tasting of 3 great white wines: Roero Arneis Bruno Giacosa 2022; Chardonnay Pio Cesare 2021; and Sauvignon Orlando Abrigo 2019. The wines will be paired with Ai Cavai's special mixed cutting board, with a selection of cheese and cured meats, and a plate of anchovies from the Trieste Gulf.
Ai Cavai also gives you the opportunity to upgrade your experience to a premium tasting by adding two classic Piedmontese red wines; Nebbiolo Bricco dei Guazzi 2020 and Barbaresco Orlando Abrigo 2016, paired with a delicious Battuta di Fassona (steak tartare).
