With this experience you'll taste the different varieties of wines at Fattoria Carpineta. Boulé, Chianti Colli Senesi and Do Ut Des. The Boulè is an exceptional Metodo Classico was born from Gioia’s passion for sparkling wines: Boulé gives you elegance and length, it hits your nose and mouth with bread crust, butter but also fruit notes, especially peach and apple. The perlage is subtle and delightful, the taste is silky, refined and clean.

As for the Chianti colli Senesi, The simplicity and the character of our Southern vineyards blend into this fragrant and pleasing wine. The color is deep ruby, with interesting cherry and currant notes. Palatable and versatile in the mouth, it can be enjoyed anytime, with or without food.

Last but not least the Do Ut Des: Our Supertuscan has a deep ruby color and decisive enduring aromas. On the nose it offers a fascinating range of ripe fruit – blackberries, blueberries and plums above all – and sweet spices like vanilla and cinnamon; toasted hints of cocoa, licorice and tobacco are also present. Mineral notes and voluptuous tannins are wrapped in softness and warmth. It’s gently powerful, aromatic, persistent.
