Here is what's in store for you
We will walk along the path that runs alongside the Agliena creek to discover the system of Medieval water retaining weirs. This hydraulic system, built for the disappeared town of Semifonte, was studied by Leonardo Da Vinci, who wrote about it in the Hammer Codex and in some paintings.
During the excursion we will be able to admire the spontaneous flora and fauna that animate our valley.
At the end of the route we will visit the vineyards, the production cellar and the ageing cellar with explanation of the phases and techniques of biological production.
We'll finish with the tasting of 4 wines and extra-virgin olive oil in combination with appetizers from L'orto a mezzo metro and a selection of local cheeses and cold cuts.
