Welcome to Salviano, where both native and international grapes are grown. Although the greatest attention has always been given to the white vines of the southern coast of Lake Corbara, the northern coast - the site of Titignano - is warmer and the soils are more suitable for the cultivation of red vines such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir and Sangiovese. The estate grows sustainably and makes the least possible use of chemicals and pesticides. The vineyards of the southern coast of the lake are within the Tiber River National Park, where the use of chemicals and pesticides are highly discouraged.

With this wine tour you will have the opportunity to visit ancient cellars and participate in an exclusive tasting.

In the tastings you will discover the Metodo Classico Brut sparkling wine, the Orvieto Classico Superiore, the Salviano di Salviano, an experimental white that expresses the potential of international grapes, the Pinot Nero Rosé, produced starting from 2016 and more. You may choose among 2 options

The basic tasting tour: this includes a guided tour of the estate and of the wine-making and bottling areas. We will focus on the environments in which the wine matures and then conclude our journey in the Tasting Room where we will make you appreciate an exclusive selection of 4 wines. The price is 15 € per person

The Classic Wine tasting: The classic tour includes a guided tour of the estate and of the winemaking and bottling areas. You will dwell in the environments in which the wine matures and then conclude the journey in the Tasting Room where you will be able to appreciate a special selection of 4 of our wines, combined with an exclusive assortment of top quality cold cuts and cheeses of the local tradition; all accompanied by warm and crunchy bread seasoned with own extra virgin olive oil. Price is 25 € per person
