Here is what you will live
The visit begins in the cellar with an illustration of production processes. We then move to a special room where we will have the opportunity to participate in a tasting guided by the two owners focusing on the 4 native wines of this area: a glass of Vermentino, two of Sangiovese and a choice of a glass of Pugnitello or one of Fogliatonda, accompained by a selection of local delicacies.
The tour continues in the cellar with the tasting of two extra virgin olive oils: KEYA , produced from the typical Tuscan cultivars, leccino, frantoio moraiolo, characterized by the balance of flavors and pleasant scents; TARA , monovarietal, obtained from the variety of frantoio cultivar, rich in scents and persistent in taste.
The tasting is conducted with a didactic approach and the experience ends with a guided walk among olive trees and in the vineyard.
