Azienda Agricola Giovanni Sordo, which has been producing wine for over a century, is located in the heart of the renowned Barolo region, in the municipality of Castiglione Falletto - just a few kilometers from Alba in the province of Cuneo. 

The experience includes a guided tour of the historic cellars, founded in 1912: a tour that will allow you to discover the entire production cycle of all the wines, from the vinification to the halls with the large Slavonian oak barrels used for aging, to the evocative "infernot" (underground chambers traditionally used to store bottled wine) at a depth of 12 meters. 

Afterward, you will taste the great wines of the Langhe in the panoramic halls of the new Sordo winery. Through three large Riedel glasses, you will have the opportunity to taste three different CRUs of Barolo from the same vintage. This will allow you to You will have the opportunity to savor the uniqueness of each Barolo, whose identity is distinguished by the diversity of each individual Terroir. The Sordo staff will select for you three labels from the following CRU/MGAs of Barolo up to the 2001 vintage: Gabutti, Perno, Monvigliero, Ravera, Rocche di Castiglione, Parussi. 

On request, it is possible to accompany the tasting with a selection of cured meats from the Cuneo area and typical Piedmontese cheeses.
