Here is what you will live
La Tosa welcomes you to their farm for a relaxing lunch experience.
This experience at La Tosa begins with the visit to the vineyards, which are located around the farm and surrounded by woods. Then you'll visit the cellar, accompanied by Stefano, the "nanny" of the vines and wines. Next, you'll visit the Wine Museum, which features an interactive set-up, videos, projections, and an area for children, as well as a collection of ancient books and documents on wine.
At the end of the tour, you will have the opportunity to taste the best wines of La Tosa while enjoying a typical lunch and discovering the traditional cuisine and gastronomic products of this part of Emilia. The lunch will consist of local appetizers, such as cold cuts, 'torta fritta' and pickled vegetables, followed by a homemade fresh pasta dish as a first course. This will be followed by the second course, such as braised beef with potatoes and salad. Alternatively, vegetarians can enjoy a selection of cheese with homemade jams. To conclude, you'll enjoy a traditional dessert from the area, such as a homemade pie with fruits from the garden.
Lunch will be paired with the tasting of 3 wines.
