Immerse yourself in a unique family-run estate in Alsace, renowned for its organic and biodynamic practices. The Domaine de l'Envol is conveniently located a mere 10-minute drive from Colmar or a 30-minute bicycle ride, making it an accessible and memorable escape into the heart of Alsace's wine country.
Your experience begins with a picturesque carriage ride, pulled by a vintage 1950s tractor, during which you'll explore the vineyard's history, soil, and biodynamic cultivation methods. Following the vineyard journey, you'll enjoy a guided wine tasting of at least 4 wines, hosted by a member of the estate's family.
