Truffle Hunting and Wine Tasting at Ercolani Montepulciano

Here is what you will live

After a brief introduction on the nature of the truffle, the search will begin, during which you will participate, together with the truffle hunter of the company and his faithful dogs, to all phases of hunting and extraction of the truffle from the ground.
Given the wide variety of truffle grounds we have, it will be possible to establish beforehand the place where the search will take place (more or less uphill) according to your needs.
After the search, you will move to the historic center of Montepulciano for a guided tour of the museum and the cellar where Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG and Vinsanto di Montepulciano DOC are aged.
The visit will end with a rich tasting of 5 wines of our production combined with a platter of cold cuts and pecorino cheese, various bruschetta with truffle products and final dessert comfortably seated in the recently renovated medieval rooms.
