The estate is made up of rural constructions, restored and furnished for small apartment vacation get aways and relaxation in a wonderful and quiet setting.
Starting from September we harvest the grapes of Sangiovese, Merlot, Canaiolo, Trebbiano and Malvasia in the surrounding hills and we select them to create the Chianti del Colli Senesi DOCG, Vin Santo and IGT table wine.
In the estate of Certano there are three cellars of three different historical periods: the big winery built in 1906 by an ancestor of the Baldassarrini family, the cellar with the old barrels and the ancient cellar dug out in tufo rock.
