To taste the latter, you must experience the visit to the cellar built in 2020, at the initiative of Olivier and Enzo Fayard, on the plot of Château Sainte Marguerite, in La Londe-les-Maures. A contemporary and minimalist building, perfectly integrated into the landscape, designed by the architect Pascal Flayols. The estate is set in the middle of the vines, completely open to nature and bathed in light.

Then discover the signature of the Fayard family through a multi-sensory tasting around our AOP Côtes-de-Provence rosé wines, Symphonie, Fantastique and Marguerites Rosé. This new experience is offered at the Domaine to help you discover the image of an authentic Provence, rooted in tradition, and a dynamic, contemporary Provence, looking towards the future. Known for changing the codes of Provence rosé wine since 1977, Sainte Marguerite en Provence continues to innovate and renew the tasting of its wines.
