Here is what's in store for you

The experience at La Marmocchia begins with a walk through the rows in the vineyards, you will relive the history of the place, the winery and the path that led them to be an organic winery.

Afterward, you will move to the winery where you will understand the long journey from grapes to their wines: through a type of organic cultivation La Marmocchia have recovered the relationship with the vine, life and its natural cycles. They create quality products that respect nature and the authenticity of the land.

To conclude, you will take part in a tasting during which you will enjoy sensory and cognitive experiences inside the store, in the adjacent garden or on the terrace overlooking the creek valley. You will have the opportunity to choose 3 wines among the entire La Marmocchia's range: ALLOB, Colli Bolognesi Pignoletto DOCG frizzante; ANINO, Colli Bolognesi Pignoletto Superiore DOCG; 1984, Colli Bolognesi Pignoletto DOCG frizzante, bottle re-fermented; GARAVEL, Colli Bolognesi Bologna Bianco DOC; LE BORGHE, Colli Bolognesi Barbera frizzante DOC; CAVARIOL, Colli Bolognesi Bologna Rosso DOC; OIUM, Colli Bolognesi Merlot DOC; ALLALUNA , wine made from overripe grapes; LALTROIERI, Brut rosé sparkling wine.

The wines will be paired with Mora Romagnola salami raised in the wild from Azienda Agricola Cà Lumaco with tigelle from Azienda Agricola Pietorri, Parmigiano Reggiano (24 months) from mountain pasture milk from Caseificio Fior di latte, with Parmigiano Reggiano (24 months and 36 months) from Caseificio Bazzanese our wine jelly made from Pignoletto Superiore DOCG Colli Bolognesi and other local products.

Children will be served organic fruit juice - fruit puree (50-60%), water, grape sugar and lemon juice.
