- 2020 Pinot Gris Sparkling Rosé: 5-day skin contact gives this wine an elegant hue, peaches, and rhubarb are a highlight in this unique fizz.
- 2021 Bacchus: Coming from a single vineyard plot in West Sussex, this aromatic dry white wine is the English answer to Sauvignon Blanc. Gooseberry, grapefruit, citrus notes, and lively acidity make this the perfect pairing for all dishes that love a squeeze of lemon.
