For this experience, you will be welcomed to IL CAPITOLO, a historic residence in the heart of Monferrato, just a few minutes from the city center of Asti.

After an initial presentation of the Garrone Winery, you will be accompanied with elegance and an abundance of details into the world of the producer. With this experience, you will have the opportunity to taste three Garrone wines.
The Garrone Winery in Grana is one of the wineries in the Monferrato area that has most maintained the canons of authenticity and rigor in both production and the cultivation and maintenance of the vineyards, all accompanied by the best technologies to control the health of the vines themselves.

After this initial tasting part, the story of IL CAPITOLO will be told, all accompanied by a delicious light lunch. In addition to platters of local delicacies like cheese and cold cuts, you can choose to compose your light lunch with the following dishes from the Piedmontese tradition:

- Piedmontese beef tartar with hazelnuts
- Tajarin pasta with butter and truffle scent
- House dessert

During the light lunch, water and an additional glass of wine will be provided.

The entrance is from the state road as soon as you see the Tenuta Il Capitolo sign; if you are coming from Asti, the house will be on the right before entering Quarto Inferiore.
