This experience at Monti Rossi Etna Wines is conducted by the winemakers and takes place in the production vineyards: you will have the opportunity to talk about organic and biodynamic cultivation techniques, discover the varieties of native vines and their terroirs, as well as the processing of the grapes and the conservation of the wine.
Surrounded by vineyards, you will then enjoy a tasting of one white and one red volcanic wine, which will be accompanied by a selection of typical Sicilian delicacies like cheese, salami, and typical assorted baked and fried products.
To conclude, you'll be introduced to the "Monti Rossi", two pyroclastic cones born from the eruption of Etna a few centuries ago from which the winery takes its name.
