Here is what's in store for you

Welcome to Casanuova delle Cerbaie Winery, an artisan reality deeply rooted in the territory of Montalcino!

The experience begins with a short walk to the vineyard adjacent to the estate, during which the Val d'Orcia and the history of Brunello will be introduced. From here the view is truly amazing, you can not miss a souvenir picture with Montalcino as a backdrop!

The visit continues in the winemaking cellar, to better illustrate the entire production philosophy of Casanuova delle Cerbaie and the main grape processing operations. In order to reach extremely high quality and finesse, our wines require quite long aging time in oak, so we will conclude our tour with a visit to the barrel room, an intimate aging place with traditional large barrels, Stockinger's top selection for CdC wines.

Finally, while seated in the cozy fireplace room overlooking the vineyards, you will be delighted by the guided tasting of 3 Sangiovese wines: Rosato Toscana IGT, Rosso di Montalcino Doc, and the prestigious Brunello di Montalcino Docg. The tasting will be accompanied by a taste of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil and snacks such as breadsticks or taralli.

So, we decided to visit this place two days before our trip to the region. Brunello is one of our favorite wines, so it was fun to visit this small but well-managed company. Christina was an awesome guide and host. She taught us a lot about Brunello and how they make wine in the region. The place is private and perfect for groups of up to 6 people. It ended up being just us, so it was like a private tour. It was a great experience, and we'll never forget it. The 2018 Brunello Riserva was amazing, and we couldn't resist taking some home with us.

Had a great time at this winery! The roads are steep and a bit scary to get to for a first timer in countryside Tuscany, but this visit was worth the drive. Close to a nice little town that's great for lunch and a view. The tour and tasting here was awesome!

Una delle miglior visite e degustazioni fatte! La nostra guida e stata fantastica, ci ha spiegato tutto in minimi dettagli e abbiamo imparato tanto delle colline del Brunello!

Vigna stupenda immersa nelle colline toscane, vini eccezionali ma soprattutto personale gentilissimo e davvero qualificato. Le guide che ci hanno accolto non solo sono stati capaci di illustrarci tutta la storia, i processi, le fasi, i sapori e le qualità di una delle eccellenze vinicole italiane con passione e simpatia, ma ci hanno di fatto aperto una finestra sul mondo che ci circonda; facendoci comprendere come un "semplice" calice di vino possa portare con sè non solo secoli di storia ma anche e soprattutto il riflesso dei cambiamenti che giorno dopo giorno caratterizzano il nostro pianeta e il nostro paese. 5 stelle meritatissime!

Viaggio tra i vini di Montalcino

È stata la prima volta in queste terre e la scelta di scoprire i vini di Montalcino in questa azienda è stata ottima. Eravamo da soli e questo è sicuramente stato bello e più tranquillo. Stefano ci ha mostrato i vigneti, le cantine e ci ha fatto degustare 4 vini (nel mio pacchetto ne erano previsti solo 3). È stata una guida molto preparata che ci ha incuriositi. Se dovessimo tornare in queste zone, sicuramente torneremo alla cantina.

Ci aspettavamo già una bellissima degustazione ma quando siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato una persona competente che ci ha saputo coinvolgere ed appassionare nell'illustrarci la nascita di questo buonissimo vino.
Per regalo, essendo un addio nubilato, abbiamo avuto modo di assaporare la riserva che ci ha piacevolmente sorpreso.

é stata la prima volta nella cantina. Siamo stati accolti dalla grande esperienza di Simone, il quale ci ha accompagnato passo dopo passo all'interno non solo della cantina, ma soprattutto del grande amore, ricerca nel dettaglio e della qualità dei vini che producono.
