The Co-operative uses one of the most important systems for the production of its sparkling wine in all southern Italy. But there is more to the winery than a list of numbers. It has been led by only three different presidents over the last 50 years, although it has been very successful in adapting to the new era and to the many market changes that have occurred over this time, thus becoming a symbol of the technological progress for the entire province of the Sannio region combining as it does experience and modernity.

Cantina Fosso degli AngeliL’azienda nasce nel 2009 con radici che affondano nell’esperienza di tre generazioni di viticoltori. L’obbiettivo principale è produrre per bere e mangiare sano con piacevolezza. L’azienda sita nel Piccolo Comune di Casalduni fra le colline dell’alto Sannio Beneventano, produce, su circa 7 ettari di vigneto, vini DOC di Aglianico, Falanghina, Fiano e Greco. Inoltre produce anche Olio Extravergine di Oliva, con circa 10 ettari di oliveto. La coltivazione della vite è di famiglia ed è stata gestita sempre in modo sano senza l’utilizzo di pesticidi chimici o di prodotti sistemici, ma dal 2016, dopo tre anni di conversione, l’azienda riceve la certificazione Biologica, una garanzia in più per il consumatore.
