The wine experience unfolds with a winery tour in the historic cellar of Il Palagio di Panzano, where next you'll gather around the table for a wine tasting of four exquisite wines: IGT Rosato Aldemara, Chianti Classico Annata, IGT Toscana Rosso Torgentile and IGT Passito alongside our prized Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Il Palagio di Panzano, if the season permits. The wine tasting will be paired with an antipasto, a dish of homemade pasta, and our Passito wine paired with our chef's dessert to end on a sweet note. Simple and typical dishes and linked to our tradition precisely to enhance our products.
