"Paolo Cottini" is the name which Paolo and Sara wanted to graft their personal identity to the wines they produce. The company is a new winemaking reality, but Paolo Cottini's family has been closed to this passion for years; this is in fact the third generation involved, with father Silvano to transmit to Paolo the art of producing quality wine. The winery is located in San Micheletto, a small hill that divides Fumane from Bure, with a fascinating view of the Fumane valley. An enchanted place, far from traffic, but close to the most important communication routes. The vineyards are located in Fumane at about 200 meters. Three areas in the heart of the classic Valpolicella nearby, perhaps, geographically, but from the peculiarities of completely different wines, which self-complete, blend well into the final product: spices, strength and great structure for the first, fruit, freshness and elegance for the second.
