About the Winery

We are a young company born from the passion of two brothers for agriculture and viticulture. We started in 2003 with the recovery of abandoned terraces in Granaro di Ceramida, a small hamlet of Bagnara Calabra (RC) overlooking the splendid Costa Viola. We have started a project for the production of wines from native vines: Zibibbo and Calabrese Nero in particular. Recently we have experimented with some international varieties: Sirah and Cabernet Sauvignon. In addition to our children, family members, and many childhood friends who have become involved in the project, they too are in love with this land.

The vinification cellar is located in a small room in the old village of Ceramida, where the equipment for vinification has been placed, which is done with traditional and artisanal techniques.
We do not use barrels or barriques for aging, but everything is done in steel vats.

Wonderful tour of a beautiful vineyard!
9/17/24
The tour was wonderful and we were made to feel so welcome. The wine and knowledge is exceptional, paired with the local food and the beautiful surroundings, was a truly unforgettable experience. We couldn’t recommend this more! We will definitely visit again next time we are in the area. Thank you for your great hospitality!

Esperienza molto bella
8/30/24

Amaizing experince!!!
8/4/24
It was in deed amaizing experince!! Organisation, communication and accurace on a high level. First off all the viniard is on the stunning location overlooking the bay, from where you can see the Sicily. Few different sort of grapes are cultivated here and some that we never heard of like Zizibo. Left the good impretion on me personaly. After the tour of viniards (with a translator in english following us) we started vine tasting accompaind with local traditional food. Everything was supper tasty and the vine is absolutely outstanding. The interesting part is that everything is done by hand in the viniard.. For example Zizibo desert wine (they make 2 different wines from this grape) it takes 2 years of “production” before u can buy it. Its veru special.
And the most special part of this beautiful experince where the people who made it happen. The warmth, spontaniancy, knowledge and hospitality is amaizing. We felt like at home!
This beautiful tour is finished with stunning sunset and of course purchasing some bottles of wine to cary us true:)
Big thanks to Rodolfo and his companions who made this day memorable.
You should call us in September to help with the harvesting.

Spectacular!!

This was truly the best wine tasting we have ever experienced! The owners of the vineyard were the kindest people - they treated us like family. The tour was like no other - they showed us not just the wine but also the history of the land. They also allowed us to taste some of the fruits that were growing on the land. We then had a beautiful tasting with various wines and a lovely plate of food. My husband and I had an amazing time and definitely recommend this tour!

Grazie
Wonderful Friday evening in Ceramida
6/23/24
My family of 7 visited with Rodolfo, Albino, and Vincenzo at the vineyard on a lovely Friday evening. Rodolfo showed us around the incredible property, which has breathtaking views of the sea atop the cliffs in Ceramida. We saw each of the lots of plantings that they have on site, and then gathered at a table amongst the vines. We tasted some traditional Italian meats, breads, and cheeses while trying 4 wonderful wines that they produce. The entire experience fulfilled everything we were looking for and more. The entire team was extremely kind and welcoming to us, we would not hesitate to come back and visit again. We highly recommend a visit to anyone in the area.

An enchanting evening in Calabria
6/2/24
What a magical evening in a beautiful vineyard hiking along the edge of the Mediterranean. We enjoyed delightful wines in a breathtaking setting! We have been to Italy 7 times and this may be the best vineyard experience we’ve had! It was the perfect authentic Calabrian experience with typical products from the region. The 2 brothers and Vincenzo were the perfect hosts and made our sunset tasting unforgettable.

It was wonderful!
3/20/24
Albino and Vincenzo welcomed us with open arms into their lovely vineyard!! We met them at the meeting place and they drove us down into the vineyard, where we got a tour and then a delicious selection of Calabrian foods. We also got 4 glasses of wine from the vineyard, all of which were delicious. Really great value for the cost of the tickets. Thank you guys!!

Esperienza perfetta
3/10/24
