Mogavero family’s “Colle Sereno” Winery was born in 1975, in an area destined to vineyards and olive groves. The forests of oaks and turkey oaks groves that surround the company transmit the characteristic hints of underwood scents and the typical aromas and flavors of the hilly territory. The Winery has over 75 hectares of vineyards that are spread across the countryside of Petrella Tifernina (400 m.a.s.l.), Mirabello Sannitico (600 m.a.s.l.) and Campomarino (60 m.a.s.l.), in accordance with the characteristics of different grape varieties: Chardonnay, Falanghina, Greco, Pinot Grigio, Montepulciano, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Aglianico and especially the production of our delightful and authentic Tintilia of Molise, a very famous and typical wine of the inland areas. The pride of the Colle Sereno Winery is our certified organically grown grapes, and the environmental policy aimed to “take care” of an area that definitely excites an attentive visitor.
