We produce wines that describe our territory in constant pursuit of absolute quality. We want you to discover how the flavors of this land speak for themselves thanks to the excellent raw material, the result only of honest work. We carry out a meticulous work in the vineyard by making a great selection of native grapes. Totally far from large industrial processes, we are looking for products traditionally made without artifice and from vineyards treated with absolute respect for its ecosystem.

The 30 hectares of the Fabiana farm are born on a calcareous clayey soil that allows us to produce wines of great personality and intensity favored by the proximity of the sea and the warm temperatures. They extend on the Ionian coast in the province of Taranto, the most voted area of ​​the Primitivo di Manduria with simple Guyot training systems and a high concentration of plants per hectare.
