Pesoli Winery Revitalization

The Pesoli winery underwent a significant modernization in the 1970s with the construction of a new cellar. This facility is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment for winemaking, including:

 * Temperature-controlled fermentation tanks: Primarily made of vitrified concrete, these tanks are located underground to maintain a consistent temperature.

 * Stainless steel tanks: Used for wine stabilization.

 * Soft presses: For gentle grape pressing.

 * Refrigeration system: To control fermentation temperatures.

These advanced technologies allow for optimal expression of the winery's varietals, which include:

 * Reds: Merlot, Montepulciano, Syrah, Sangiovese, and Cesanese.

 * Whites: Malvasia di Candia, Mavasia Puntinata, Bellone, Trebbiano, and Falanghina.


Red Wines:
