Degustazione Sostanziosa

L'esperienza si svolge in due luoghi separati, nel primo posto si approda in un cascinale dove si verrà portati a vedere dove il vino viene fatto riposare nelle botti e poi imbottigliato. Proprio lì sopra stanno finendo di costruire un locale che verrà adibito a sala di degustazione con annessa cucina per accompagnare i vini, da come ci è stato detto ogni vino sarà abbinato ad un piatto specifico e fatto su misura per esaltare i profumi e il profilo del vino stesso.
La parte di degustazione si è poi svolta all'interno del paesino NEIVE, dove hanno un locale apposito per questo.
Una volta alzati i calici ci vorrà tempo per riabbbassarli data la buona abbondanza di vino fornitoci.
Per quanto riguarda la mia preferenza, cui poi è seguita una Magnum, devo dire che è stato il Metodo Classico.
Il tagliere non era ricco rispetto a quanto bevuto, anche se ci hanno rifornito più volte di grissini e pane.
Nel complesso posso dire che è stata una buona esperienza anche se mi aspettavo qualcosa in più dato il luogo rinomato.

Esperienza molto interessante! Ritorniamo a casa con tante conoscenze in più sulla produzione del vino : dalla coltivazione delle viti all’imbottigliamento Ci ha seguiti Marta, esperta ed appassionata conoscitrice del settore. Ottima ed abbondante degustazione di vini prodotti dall’azienda Rivetti, in una splendida dimora settecentesca

A nice detailed tour with tasting of all the wines

We had a very good experience. The tour was private with a lot of attention en information about the methods and work in de vinyards. We visited the new winery and had a tasting of the wines in the center of the village on the terrace. Because of thunder we ended up inside the cafe wich has also a good ambiance.
Very tasting wines.

Abbiamo fatto la visita guidata nella cantina dell'azienda Massimo Rivetti con degustazione finale dei vini nel paesino caratteristico Neive..bellissima esperienza, assolutamente da rifare.
