Balgera Vini is one of the longest-standing wine producers in Valtellina, active since 1885 in Chiuro, in the villa of a patriot who served Mazzini: generation after generation, descendents of the founder Pietro Balgera passed on the secrets and values of tradition, through to the present day.
6 hectares of own vine fields, in addition to those of rigorously selected and guided suppliers, amidst the terraces of Valtellina, in the municipality of Teglio (San Giacomo and Tresenda), in the Sassella area (Triasso) and in the Grumello area (Dossi Salati): the quality of our wine starts in the vine fields and is based on two elements our ancestors taught us to exploit in the best possible way: time and nature.
