The winery Barchessa Loredan – located inside its namesake 16th century Palladian Barchessa (porticoed annexe) in Selva del Montello – is focused on the production and direct sale of its own wines, obtained from blending DOC grapes typical of the Venegazzù area, as well as a distillate. The estate comprises 50 hectares of vineyards in the Selva and Venegazzù districts and is managed by the Countess Nicoletta Loredan Moretti degli Adimari.

Our products coming from the Venegazzù and Selva del Montello vineyards. The area has been renowned since ancient times (as can be seen in Istoria trevigiana by G. Bonifaccio MDCX) for its good wines and rich soil; at the time of the Venetian Republic it was called “La Costa d’Oro” (The Gold Ridge) and is now known as the area of the registered designation of origin Piave and Montello. The wines are produced with the time-honoured classic systems using mixed varieties of grapes (blend of DOC grapes) to obtain the body, colour and bouquet we want. Great care is taken over bottling, using special stoppers that allow long ageing with peace of mind. This limited, exclusive production was originally for the estate owners only, but is now offered for the delight of refined palates.
