In 2007 we inaugurated our new modern cellar in Cabañas de Yepes, the neighboring village of Dosbarrios. Located here, between vineyards and olive trees, is where we carefully look after our wines. The family winery of 1851 in Dosbarrios with its old original amphorae (las tinajas) is still in use and is where we barrelage our wine La Plazuela.

Located close to our winery, on our farm FINCA EL HORCAJO, we currently cultivate 35 hectares of ecologically farmed vineyards which are: La Madre: Cencibel & Garnacha El Señorito: Cencibel Las Laderas: Cencibel El Pozo: Cencibel Los Candados: Malvar We also farm 35 hectares of old bush vines, some over 80 years old, of Airén and Cencibel which are located in the villages of: Dosbarrios, Cabañas de Yepes and Villarrubia.
