Welcome to all Garagisti friends! This is the Borgogno Rivata winery, a young and non-traditional company, which follows the style of the "garage wine" invented in Bordeaux in the mid-90s. We have a small company that wants to pay homage to our land, our products and the wines that have always been part of the essence of Langhe and Roero. During the experience you will have the opportunity to take a tour in the vineyard and in the cellar where we'll tell you how the wine is born, from the soil to the bottle. Then you'll move on to the tasting of our wines, which will be paired by some typical products. Production and sale of Langhe and Roero's wines: -Barolo DOCG made by 100% of Nebbiolo grapes, -Langhe Nebbiolo DOC made by 100% of Nebbiolo grapes, we have two kind of Langhe Nebbiolo: the " Angelotu" that pass 12 months inside the barrels and the "Bricot" that pass only inside the steel. -Barbera d'Alba DOC made by 100% of Barbera grapes, -Langhe Dolcetto DOC made by 100% of Dolcetto grapes, -Langhe Rosso DOC made by 100% of Pelaverga grapes, -Roero Arneis DOCG made by 100% of Arneis grapes, - Langhe Arneis DOC made by 100% of Arneis grapes, this wine pass 9 months inside the barrels. Production and sale of the Madernassa pear cider "Sidrè", produced using the Charmat method.
