About Winery and Wines

Ca’ Del Faggio has its roots in the hamlet of Guia, set in the Valdobbiadene hills, the Prosecco Denomination of Origin Controlled and Guaranteed “DOCG” area renowned for the best quality wines. The woods, mountains, climate and soil are just some of the elements that contribute to growing grapes with the freshness and acidity typical of, and unique to, Guia. We are two brothers, Simone, agronomist, and Ivan, oenologist, who have chosen to continue our family’s agricultural tradition, which dates back to the 1950s, simply because we like it. We are farmers at heart, viticulture is our passion and it’s what we want to do.

Ca’ Del Faggio is produced with grapes from historic vines that have been in our family for generations. The vineyards are situated in the hamlets of Guia, Santo Stefano and Soligo, zones renowned for the highest quality wines with the designation DOCG. We personally see to the needs of the plants, soil and grapes. We enjoy being among the vines with our children, letting them run free and play on the grass. We apply perseverance and discipline to our daily tasks, making technical decisions to reduce the use of chemicals, where possible eliminating them completely.
