About Winery and Wines

We produce natural, artisanal, mountain wines with love and dedication, produced with the healthy and beautiful grapes of our vineyards on the vineyard hills of Valle Camonica.

The Rodella winery, located in the municipality of Sellero in the heart of Valle Camonica (BS), is mainly set up on the wine production chain. Covering approximately 7,000 square meters of vineyards, the business focuses on the cultivation and production of typical mountain wines, but great attention is also paid to the cultivation and marketing of small fruits, such as blueberries and raspberries, which occupy an area of approximately 2,500 square meters of cultivated area. Located at an altitude of about 450 meters above sea level, the company boasts land that is always exposed to the south and a dry and windy climate, elements that were already considered fundamental in Roman times for the cultivation of vines, making the area famous for its winemaking tradition.

The total production of the winery is just over 2,500 bottles. In the vineyard, small and well-kept terraces around the company, we proceed with thinning and the yields per plant are reduced to obtain high-quality grapes. In the cellar, maintained with order and extreme hygiene, the grapes arrive carefully selected and harvested by hand. The harvest takes place in September and October.
