About Winery and Wines

Our dream of a winery was born in 2004 when we decided to make a strong recovery of the territory, bringing it back to its ancient origins when it was completely covered with vines. In this context, an ancient farmhouse was recovered and is used as a winery.Today we represent a small reality in the world of wine, characterized by high quality but also modern wines obtained using grapes historically produced in Alto Canavese.

Our products are mainly obtained from black grapes (nebbiolo, freisa, chatus, pinot noir) but also from a white grape variety, the Rhine Riesling. From these grapes we obtain still wines but above all classic method sparkling wines. On still wines we do both aging for 36 months and only passage in steel barrels, for sparkling wines instead the permanence on the yeasts is 24-36 months and the disgorgement occurs without adding liqueur (pas dosè).
