About Winery and Wines

Our winery is located a stone's throw from Lake Garda in a small historic village in the morainic hills at the foot of Monte Baldo, internationally recognized as "Hortus Europae" for its unique and great floristic richness. Our story begins at the end of the 1800s when Giuseppe Bronzo arrives in the Caprino area and decides to buy land. Arable land is grown on them in the flatter areas, and vineyards in the more hilly areas. Approximately around 1978 the winery was passed on to Vinicio, who continued to cultivate his father's vineyards, and began to purchase others, most of them located in the "Terre Rosse" area at an altitude of 500 meters above sea level. Today, the winery is certified organic and it has approximately 15 hectares of vineyards, from which Vinicio together with his son, the winemaker Davide, produce excellent wines, trying to create a union between technological innovation and tradition, all with respect for the territory.

Each of our wines fully reflects the territory that surrounds us, the intent is to make the most of the potential of our vineyards to then obtain unique, typical wines with their own identity. The wines we offer come both from international grapes such as Cabernet, Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio and from typical grapes from the Veronese tradition, such as Corvinone, Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara which will give life to our Bardolino D.O.C, Bardolino Chiaretto D.O.C and Monte Baldo bardolino doc. In addition to wine, we also produce excellent EVO oil and a white raisin grappa.
